His Highness further emphasised that the Year of Sustainability is especially significant as the UAE prepares to host the 28th Conference of Parties on Climate Change (COP28). He emphasised that the UAE is committed for COP28 to set a precedent in global efforts to combat climate change.

His Highness also invited community members and institutions to participate in the Year of Sustainability projects and activities.
