UAE Fights Discrimination

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a country that is committed to upholding human rights and fighting all forms of discrimination. The UAE's constitution guarantees respect for human rights and the fight against all forms of discrimination. The country has also acceded to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, and is working hard to implement its obligations related to this agreement.

The UAE has launched several initiatives to promote tolerance and inclusion, such as the National Program for Tolerance and the law regulating labor relations that prohibits any form of discrimination in the workplace. In addition, the country has issued several laws and regulations to ensure equal treatment for all people, regardless of gender, race, or disability.

For instance, the UAE's Decree Law No. 2 of 2015 on Combating Discrimination and Hate prohibits all forms of discrimination between individuals or groups. Furthermore, Federal Decree Law No. 27 of 2018 affirms equal pay for both genders, and Cabinet Resolution No. 43 of 2018 affirms the prohibition of discrimination against people with special needs.

As a society, the UAE is dedicated to building an inclusive and diverse community where everyone can thrive. The country's commitment to eliminating all forms of racial discrimination and promoting tolerance is evident in its actions and initiatives. With these efforts, the UAE is paving the way for a more equitable and just society.

In conclusion, the UAE's efforts to combat discrimination and promote inclusion are commendable. It is important for all societies to uphold human rights and ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. The UAE's actions serve as a model for other countries to follow in their pursuit of a more just and fair society.
